BAKED CHICKEN LEGS

Baked Chicken legs




Ingredients

Chicken legs - 4
Chilly powder – 2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Tomato pulp – 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil

Directions

1. Mix the ingredients well and make a paste of it. Make thin slits on both sides of the legs and marinate it with that mixture for an hour.
2. Grease the non-stick metallic baking dish with cooking oil.
3. Place the chicken pieces in the baking dish and cover it with aluminium foil.
4. Set the oven at 350 degrees and bake the chicken for 40 minutes.
5. Check the chicken with a fork if it is done.
6. Serve hot.
