ULLITHANDU THORAN

Ullithandu Thoran





Ingredients

Ullithandu (Spring Onion) - 400gms
Green chillies – 3 or 4
Shredded coconut – ¼ cup
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Cumin powder -1 pinch
Salt to taste

Directions
1. Cut the spring onions and green chillies into small pieces.
2. Mix it with shredded coconut, salt, curry leaves, turmeric powder and cumin powder, and cook on a low flame.
3. When it is cooked, open the lid and keep the flame very low for some time so that all the water evaporates and it becomes little dry.
