KAYA MEZHUKKUPURATTI

Raw Banana Fry





Ingredients

Diced Raw Banana – 2 Nos
Chopped onion – ½ cup
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Vegetable oil – 3 tsp
Salt to taste


Directions

1. Cook the banana with chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt in a little water.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Add the cooked banana and chopped onion.Stir fry it till it turns golden brown.
