CARROT STIR FRY

Carrot Stir Fry





Ingredients

Carrots – 4 Nos
Chopped onion – ½ cup
Green chillies – 2
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Vegetable oil – 3 tsp
Salt to taste


Direction

1. Cook the carrots (cut lengthwise into thin pieces) with chopped green chillies, turmeric powder and salt in a little water.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Add the cooked carrots and chopped onion. Fry it till it turns slightly brown.
