KAPPA PUZHUNGIYATHU

Tapioca/Yuca/ Kappa


(Kappa Puzhungiyathu)

Ingredients

Tapioca/ Yuca/ Kappa – 1 lb
Salt to taste

Directions

1. Heat some water in a small vessel.
2. Add the tapioca pieces.
3. When the pieces are half boiled, add salt and mix well.
4. Cook till the pieces have become soft.
5. Drain off excess water.
6.Serve with fish curry, beef curry or beef fry.
