BANANA CHIPS

Banana Chips



Ingredients

Raw bananas – 6
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Salt water to taste
Cooking oil

Directions

1. Peel the bananas and put them in turmeric water.
2. Slice the bananas in thin round shape.
3. Heat oil in a pan and when it boil, put the sliced bananas directly into it.
4. Turn over till it is fully cooked and crisp
5. Sprinkle salt water on the chips.
6. Cool and store in an airtight container.
