POTATO MASALA

Potato Masala


(POORI MASALA)



Ingredients

Boiled potatoes – 4 (medium size)
Onion – 1 (medium sliced)
Tomato – 1 (medium, chopped)
Chopped ginger – 1 tsp
Chopped garlic – 1 tsp
Chopped green chillies – 5
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Curry leaves
Salt

Directions
1. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds.
2. Add onions, chillies, ginger,garlic, turmeric powder and curry leaves.
3. Add tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft.
4. Add mashed potatoes, salt and little water. Boil to boil.
5. Serve with hot poori.
