POTATO STIR FRY

Potato Stir Fry




Ingredients

Potato – 3
Chopped onion – ¼ cup
Chopped garlic - ½ tsp
Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Vegetable oil – 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves

Directions

1. Cook potato (cut lengthwise) in little water with chilly powder, turmeric powder, garlic and salt till the potato is ¾ done.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add the cooked potato, onion and curry leaves and fry until it turns to a golden colour.
