PAVAIKKA MEZHUKKUPURATTI

Bitter Gourd Stir Fry




Ingredients
Bitter gourd (Pavakka) – 2 Nos
Onion – 1
Green chillies – 3 or 4
Coconut(sliced thin) – ¼ cup
Cooking oil – 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Directions

1. Cut bitter gourd into thin pieces, cut onion and green chillies.
2. Heat a pan, pour oil, add the bitter gourd, onion, green chillies, coconut and salt.
3. Cover with a lid and cook in low flame.
4. After 8-10 minutes remove the lid and stir fry.
